This course focuses on – just like the course title says – MASTERING the straight arm lock! I’d like you to think about the word, “Mastery.” What does it mean, and what does it look like? If you’re like every student I’ve spoken with (be they white, blue, purple, brown, or black belt), you have a general idea of what it means and looks like…but, you don’t have a clue as to the specifics. Don’t worry, it’s not your fault! That lies with the manner and method of instruction you’ve received.
In this course, I will begin with some definitions that will bring clarity to this issue! Next, I’ll actually teach you how to practice and train arm locks so that you can begin the process of measuring and mastering this basic submission!
